Farrokh Parsi, Esq

With over 26 years of experience, Mr. Parsi started practicing law in New York in 1986 and then, for the past 17 years in Arizona, focusing exclusively on immigration, citizenship, asylum and deportation matters.

Mr. Parsi is a member of New York Bar, and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Mr. Parsi is admitted to the State Courts of New York, to the United States District Courts for Eastern and Southern N. Y. Districts, Immigration Courts all over the United Sates and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

Karly Rossiter   -   Associate Attorney

A native Iowan, Karly Rossiter graduated from the University of Iowa in 2005, and then earned her law degree from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2009. While in law school, she was a member of the Civil Justice Clinic and proudly participated in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.

Karly has served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mary H. Murguía at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and she has also done pro bono work with the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project.
